Honeybrook Townhomes HOA

First Homeowner’s Meeting

February 22nd, 2024

Minutes of the Honeybrook Townhomes HOA First Homeowner’s Meeting, Blackfoot, ID held at Honeybrook Clubhouse at 7:00 PM on February 22nd, 2024.

Introduce HOA Board
1. TJ with Reliable Property Management called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM and introduced the board members.

New Business
1. Drew from Direct Communications answered questions about the upcoming Fiber. He brough fridge magnets with the customer support number, it is: 208-242-3711.
2. Collin Hunter, Board President, spoke about 3rd development, having community events, costs for pool and clubhouse, and installing the French drain.
3. TJ went over the rules and regulations for the amenities. Signs with the rules are posted.
4. TJ went over the key fobs and how to access clubhouse and pool.
5. The web page for the HOA is: https://www.honeybrookhaoblackfoot.com.
6. Whitney from the Board went over the calendar to schedule times for the pool and clubhouse.

Complaints
1. Cleaning up after dogs: It was suggested to have them DNA tested and charge the owner.
2. Trash is left out if dumpsters are full: It was suggested to have more dumpsters put out.
3. Some trucks are backed in and their hitch and bumper blocks the sidewalk.
4. The developer will be putting recycled rubber over the sand in the playground this summer.

Fobs
1. The Board handed out key fobs.

The meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM.
